Meetings
The EMMEC meets maximum 4 times per year. Ad-hoc conference calls may be organised if members or the chair deem it necessary.
Each meeting follows an agenda established by the Chair in consultation with the members and the Secretariat. The agenda is circulated to the members at least one week prior to the meetings or conference calls.
